Every now and then, we can see ppl posting how some ugly sporeans behave towards public servant locally. For some reasons, alot of ppl tend to comment on how despicable the acts are but how many ppl actually went through it before?
If you nvr been thru such ordeal you never know the pain, right?
In case you haven't realize, cust svc in sg is one of the jobs easiest to find but the most difficult to sustain. Expectations here are high, ppl expect to be serve like king and complain on anything that irks them.
It took me quite some time to realize we reserve the right to complain on any svc/pdt but i don't think its right to vent our anger on the front liner. Easier said then done we tend to overlook this and most of the time anger or emotions get the better of us :p
But i always make it a point to remind myself we do have the right to be demanding but we should always not to be personal in our comment or speech :)

TGIF
I presume friday is the day most ppl are looking fwd to :)
I still remember a couple of days ago when i was taking a train ride, there was a group of NSF talking very loudly among themselves. One was particularly very vocal and sounds like he is very experienced (i know all type) but then such ppl irritate me to the max. I was trying to catch some sleep and peace yet they are blabbering non stop on those army stuff. Haven't they realize that the whole cabin male have already gone through the army days and experienced more strenuous and tough training?
Its really frustrating that ppl cant seems to control their volume when they communicate. Is there a need to talk so loud in public? I wonder.
